Ron Roberts
As ROBOBAK’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Ron Roberts brings the
benefit of more than 25 years of corporate business and sales management to the
company’s customers, distributors and resellers. As an innovator in delivering
Remote Office/Branch Office (ROBO) data protection to companies of all sizes,
Ron understands the business requirements of firms that must safeguard their
corporate-critical data across multiple sites, making it easier for them to
recover the information when data disasters inevitably occur so they can resume
business operations.
Ron’s international distribution experience includes a track record of bringing
world-class hardware and software to market from companies such as Raytheon, IBM
and Sony. He is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University where he earned his
degree in Business and Accounting.
Brian Bondy
Brian Bondy, ROBOBAK’s Chief Technology Officer, is the bridge between the
company's technology and business strategy. Overseeing a team of software
developers and engineers, Brian also researches new technologies, including data
compression algorithms, network protocols, cryptography, and information
retrieval, ensuring that ROBOBAK remains an innovator in the remote/branch
office backup field.
With more than a dozen years of software management and programming experience,
Brian has worked at a variety of organizations throughout Canada. At Corel
Software, Brian made significant contributions to its flagship product,
WordPerfect Office Suite 10. At the Army Simulation Centre, Brian's
accomplishments were recognized with an award of achievement from the Land Force
Doctrine and Training System. Brian later co-founded VW Solutions, a company
that provides data protection software tools. He is recognized as a leader in
technology in Canada, and is an often requested contributor to industry events
and news organizations. Brian is a graduate with honors from the University of
Waterloo, with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Rob Puzzuoli
Rob Puzzuoli, ROBOBAK’s Chief Systems Architect, focuses on internal and web
applications in conformance to both industry and internal standards. He oversees
and helps build technologies that match the requirements of ROBOBAK’s customers
and partners; were he incorporates the latest techniques in human-technology
ergonomics. He also has day-to-day responsibility for the support team.
Rob comes to ROBOBAK with a proven track record of accomplishments in system
design. He began his career at Ford Canada as a computer systems analyst, acting
as an internal consultant. He then moved on to CIBC as a member of their
internal information technology team. In 2000, Rob co-founded his first
business, Intermania Computers, a network design and integration firm; which was
sold, and later co-founded VW Solutions, a company that provides data protection
software tools. Rob graduated from St. Clair College with a diploma in Computer
Science.
Ben Puzzuoli
As Vice President of Operations, Ben Puzzuoli is responsible for the day-to-day
operation activities of the company. He is intimately involved in all aspects of
the business. He is responsible for insuring that the company delivers on its
customer and product commitments.
Ben co-founded Intermania Computers with his brother in 2000, as well as VW
Solutions, a company that provides data protection software tools. Ben is a
graduate of the University of Windsor with an Honors degree in Business
Administration. He is an active member of his local community.
Adam Waxman
A veteran high-tech entrepreneur, Adam Waxman is ROBOBAK’s vice president of
client services. He’s responsible for developing the company’s strategic plan,
including managing product marketing, overseeing all phases of client
interaction from sales to implementation and training, and customer relationship
management.
Adam has over 20 years experience in international business and technology
management. He brings a hands on knowledgebase of the disaster recovery
marketplace, having provided services to both public and private companies. Adam
comes to ROBOBAK with a wide range of experience; he has held several
operational positions including General Manager, LogNet Information
Technologies, Inc.’s North America Operations; Director Alliances and
Partnership, Performance Systems, Houston, Texas; Vice President of Business
Development for nextHR.com; Managing Director of Focal Point Advisors, LLC, an
Atlanta-based business development firm; Partner at Concorde International, LLP;
and COO of AUBIS, LLC, a hospitality and network solutions company His
multi-national large corporate experience includes: Director, Emerging
Technologies with Holiday Inn WorldWide; and technology and strategic management
positions at United Technologies Corporation’s Defense and Space division and
its Otis Elevator subsidiary. Adam serves as a Director and /or Advisor to
several start-up companies. He is active with several industry groups and has
served on the boards of several civic organizations including being a former
president of the Southeastern Software Association, a Technology Association of
Georgia society. He attended Fairfield University, and holds a BS in Management
from Post College, Waterbury, CT.
